RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
MPIREMEN strives to ensure all our products pass the strictest quality controls. Any damaged item will be replaced so long as it has not been worn and reported within 24 hours of delivery. The following conditions must apply for returning or exchanging your purchases made via online:
NO UNDERWEAR OR SWIMWEAR MAY BE EXCHANGED UNLESS DAMAGED
- All other items purchased online must be returned unused, unworn and not washed and the original MPIREMEN tags are required to be attached.
- We do not offer refunds on purchased items unless the item is faulty, damaged or do not fit the description as seen online.
- MPIREMEN takes vast measures to ensure our customers have all the tools and information to make informed size decisions. No incorrect sizes will be replaced.
- Damaged items will be replaced with the identical item if stock is available or a credit if stock is sold out.
- Damaged items must be reported along with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the item. Email email@example.com
- Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on swimwear and underwear, unless damaged or defective.
- MPIREMEN has made every effort to display the products true to colour as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind that colouring effects displayed may vary slightly on different screens.
MPIREMEN holds the right to refuse a return and/or exchange transaction if any of the above conditions were not met.
